Many people look like they have it all together...., doing the exercise, the social scene, working hard in business and family etc. On the Outside they have it "all together". Maybe they do, maybe they don't. Only they know how their inside world feels. Are they really coping? is it a facade? Are they crumbling inside?
Inevitably the inside will show up on the outside in some way, shape or form. It may be in the form of anxiety, ocd, depression, ill physical health, addictions and unhealthy protective behaviours.
Generally, a potential client or course student is struggling emotionally with how they are coping on the inside. The worry shows up when there is no internal/external balance in their lives and creates enormous pressure for them. Feeling like no answers are in sight and it's time to seek help but can't fully put into words, or just not sure about what process or professional is the right fit to help you, or maybe you are thinking of asking your doctor for antidepressants as the answer.
